The UK Cultural Contact Point (now the Creative Europe Desk UK for Culture) put together a briefing document to help applicants through the programme transition. This covers key feature and changes, highlighting

• the new objectives and priorities which all projects must address
• the strands and deadlines (4 strands replace the previous 9 strands under the Culture programme)
• eligible countries
• new levels of participation for non-eligible countries
• available funding amounts and updated match-funding rates
• guidance on developing your project
• the new award criteria against which all applications will be assessed
• other differences between the Culture programme and Creative Europe
