The festival seeks to provide a lasting impact on the function of new media in public spaces and explore a new exhibition platform for the art scene while sensitizing for its impact on the urban environment. The cities will participate in artworks, live performance screenings and video-conferencing discussions which will connect cities and allow the festival to zoom into the local scenes and show the diversity of the cultures.
